Seven agreements in plain language. This is the full text behind the affiliate program: what counts towards commission, what is not allowed, how we count and how we pay out.
Commission is calculated on subscription fees actually paid to us. The free first month never counts. An invoice that is not paid, or gets refunded, does not count either. If a member cancels within the free month, nothing was paid and there is no commission.
Referring your own subscription through your own code does not count, and neither does a second email address or alias. Recruiting members with incentives of your own beyond the free month, such as cashback, credit or gifts in exchange for signing up, is not allowed. The free month is the offer.
Say that you are a partner wherever you share your link, in the way your platform requires: #ad, #partner or “partner link”. Use only the approved claims from the program page. Inventing numbers or promises of your own, such as “a guaranteed home”, is not allowed.
In the case of fraud or deception, such as self-referral, invented claims or artificial sign-ups, outstanding commission is voided and the partnership ends.
Either side can stop at any moment, without notice period and without giving a reason. Commission you have already earned is still paid out at the next quarterly payout.
We count sign-ups and payments through your personal promo code in our system: Stripe plus our own database. The tally report with every payout is the source. It contains only aggregates: the number of activations through your code, the number of paying members, the number of paid months and the amount. We never share members' personal data.
Commission is gross and your own tax responsibility. We do not withhold tax. What you need to declare depends on your own situation.
We pay out once per quarter. A balance under €10 rolls over to the next quarter. You never lose balance.
Every payout comes with the tally report from term 6, so you can verify where the amount comes from.
This is one slice of the data. The full study (prices, affordability, WWS compliance, speed and geography over March–May 2026) is free and quotable with attribution.
