Tips for applying
- •For anti-squat living you need a referrer who already lives via Ad Hoc
- •Without a referrer you can only rent temporarily (with income requirements)
- •Make sure you can move flexibly and quickly - notice period is 28 days
- •Keep a backup address where you can go when the agreement ends
- •Pets and resident children are not allowed
- •Deposit is €300 for anti-squat or 1.5x rent for temporary rental
