Registration steps

1. 1Download the registration form from the website
2. 2Fill in the form completely and send it via [email protected] or by post to Armeva Vastgoed, Postbus 261, 7400 AG Deventer
3. 3Armeva registers your application in chronological order
4. 4Armeva contacts you when a suitable property becomes available
5. 5After viewing, submit the application form with required attachments (landlord reference, employer statement)
6. 6After verification, the rental agreement is drawn up and key handover is scheduled

Tips for applying

• •Fill in the registration form completely - incomplete registrations will not be processed
• •Registration is free, so sign up as early as possible for a better position on the waiting list
• •Have your landlord reference and employer statement ready for after the viewing
• •When signing the rental agreement, you pay a deposit of one month gross rent plus the first month's rent
• •Notify them if you are no longer searching, so your registration can be removed
