- 2Browse the listings and request a viewing for a home marked 'Te huur'
- 3After the viewing, submit your documents to letting agent MVGM
- 4Once the income check is approved, the lease follows

- ✓Employment contract

Tips for applying
- •With one tenant the gross monthly income must be at least 3.5 times the base rent
- •Mid-rent homes also have a maximum income (around twice the modal income); check it on the listing page first
- •Homes marked 'Gereserveerd' or 'Verhuurd onder voorbehoud' are already taken; only respond to 'Te huur'
- •Have your documents ready: viewings get requested dozens of times
