Registration steps

  3. 3Apply to an available unit with the 'Inschrijven' button on its detail page (max. 5 applicants per unit, the counter is shown on the page)
  4. 4BrixHousing works in order of registration and forwards matching units to candidates in that order
  5. 5If there is a match, a viewing is scheduled by appointment
  6. 6After the viewing BrixHousing requests documents: ID, proof of income, employer statement and a landlord reference, plus an identity and solvency screening
  7. 7On allocation you pay the first month's rent plus deposit and contract costs before key handover
