Registration steps

1. 1Go to corpowonen.nl and browse rental listings via the 'Huur' section
2. 2Filter by location, price and property type to find suitable homes
3. 3Click on an interesting property and review the details and requirements
4. 4Click 'Reageren' or 'Online inschrijven' for your chosen property
5. 5Complete the interest form or registration form with your personal details
6. 6Submit the required documents such as salary slips and employer statement
7. 7Wait for a viewing invitation - maximum 3 candidates are selected per property

Tips for applying

• •No courtage, no administration fees and no registration costs - renting via CORPOwonen is free
• •Many properties don't require a deposit
• •Always respond via the interest form on corpowonen.nl, even if the property is listed on other (paid) websites
• •Your gross monthly income must be at least 4 times the monthly rent
• •Self-employed/ZZP workers are accepted with KvK registration and accountant reports
• •Prepare these documents: salary slips (3 months), employer statement, income statement from Tax Authority and BRP extract
• •For housing corporation properties, social housing tenants may have priority - read conditions carefully
• •Maximum 3 candidates are invited for viewings - respond quickly and completely
• •Sign up for 'Aanbod in je mail' to receive new listings for free as they become available
