Registration steps
- 1Browse the rental offer at https://ik-zoek.de-alliantie.nl/huren. This is the mid-segment and free-sector channel. Listings are visible without an account.
- 2Note: https://ik-zoek.de-alliantie.nl/aanbod is the for-sale channel, not rentals.
- 3Click the blue 'Reageren' button on the listing. This opens an application form.
- 4Create a Qii account. De Alliantie shares and requests additional information through MyQii.
- 5Respond before the closing date stated in the listing. Later responses are not included in the selection.
- 6After the closing date de Alliantie selects candidates for a viewing based on its priority and allocation criteria. If you are not selected you will not hear back.
- 7Social housing does not run through this channel but via WoningNet.

Tips for applying
- •You can only respond until the closing date in the listing. Put that date in your calendar right away.
- •You need a Qii account to respond; create it before the property you want goes online.
- •Allocation is not first-come-first-served but by selection after the closing date, following de Alliantie's priority and allocation criteria.
- •No reply means rejected. De Alliantie only contacts candidates within the selection.
- •The 'Voorrang huurders' label means priority if you are leaving a social housing unit behind.
- •The 'MSH: max inkomen' label means mid-segment with an income ceiling.
- •Budget for service costs on top of the rent; they are listed separately in the property details.
- •Coverage: Almere, Amersfoort, Amsterdam and the Gooi en Vechtstreek region.
- •For social housing you need WoningNet, not this channel.
