Registration steps

1. 1Open the project's apartment finder (https://apartmentfinder.dearnorth.nl/); every unit is listed with price, floor area and status.
2. 2Click a unit marked 'Beschikbaar' or 'Te huur' and add it to your preferences; you create a free account on the same site for that.
3. 3New-build homes are usually let in allocation rounds; the income or target-group requirement and the completion date are stated per project on the project site.

Tips for applying

• •'Huur in optie', 'onder optie' or 'gereserveerd' means a candidate is already in place; only 'beschikbaar' or 'te huur' is open.
• •Service costs are listed per unit on the detail page and are not yet known ('ntb') at some projects.
• •The detail page shows the address, floor and orientation; WoonBusters copies those from the apartment finder.
