Registration
Cost: Free
Waiting list: No
Registration steps
- 1Browse the mid-rent and free-sector listings directly at https://www.eigenhaard.nl/te-huur/middenhuur-en-vrije-sector/ - no account needed to view them.
- 2Register with Mijn Dak (WoningNet) at https://amsterdam.mijndak.nl/ - Eigen Haard states on its own site that registration is free for free-sector rentals.
- 3Enter your current income in your Mijn Dak profile before responding. Eigen Haard allocates mid-segment homes on current income and will reject you at the document check if this field is wrong.
- 4Respond via the 'Reageer via WoningNet' button on the listing page; it links to https://amsterdam.mijndak.nl/HuisDetails?PublicatieId=... for the same property.
- 5If invited, bring the requested documents - Eigen Haard says you need them right after the viewing.
Required Documents
- ✓Valid ID or passport
- ✓Income statement or pay slips
Indicative: most landlords ask for documents at or after the viewing, not with your first response.
