Searching is free, and so is the daily e-mail overview: one e-mail a day at 09:00 with the new rentals of the past 24 hours, so a listing that appears in the afternoon reaches you the next morning. The iOS and Android app is free too. Instant alerts per listing are paid: €3.99 or €5.99 every 2 weeks, with the first 7 days free.

WoonBusters covers all major Dutch cities including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Den Haag, Eindhoven, Nijmegen, Groningen, Arnhem, Tilburg, Breda, Almere, and more. We scrape directly from 1,000+ real estate agencies across these cities.

How often are listings updated?

Each source is re-scanned about every 2 minutes. Paid alert e-mails go out a median 24 seconds after we detect a new matching listing (measured over 30 days, August 2026), so a new listing typically reaches subscribers within about 2 minutes of appearing on the agency site.

What types of rental properties are available?

Accepted Answer

WoonBusters lists residential rentals only: apartments (appartementen, maisonnettes, penthouses), houses (woningen, villas), rooms (kamers), studios, and anti-squat housing (anti-kraak). We do not include commercial properties, and we do not index the corporation allocation platforms (WoningNet, Zig365) where accrued registration time decides. You can filter by property type, price, area, bedrooms, and requirements like pets allowed or student-friendly.

How do WoonBusters alerts work?

With paid alerts (€3.99 every 2 weeks for budget, €5.99 every 2 weeks for standard, first 7 days free), you set your filters (city, max rent, min area, property type, etc.) and receive an email within 2 minutes whenever a new listing matches your criteria. The subscription renews every 2 weeks until you cancel, and after cancelling you are never charged again.

Where do the listings come from?

Listings are collected from 1,000+ real estate agencies (makelaars), property management companies, housing corporations and rental platforms. We only scrape verified sources, and we leave out redirect sites and the corporation allocation platforms where registration time decides. Every listing links directly to the original source. Some sources may require their own registration, which is clearly labeled on each listing.

No, WoonBusters is not a makelaar or rental agency. We are an aggregator that collects and displays rental listings from official agencies. All rentals are handled directly with the original makelaar.
