2. 2View property listings on Pararius or contact Fix Vastgoed directly
3. 3Respond to a property via the contact form on Pararius or via website/phone
4. 4If interested, you'll be invited for an individual viewing (never with multiple candidates)
5. 5After viewing, you'll be screened on income, employer statement, landlord check and internet check
6. 6Upon approval, the rental contract is prepared and signed
