HOD Vastgoedbeheer.
Registration
Cost: €48,35 (One-time)
Waiting list: No
Registration steps
- 1Check the current rental offer at https://hod.nl/wonen/huren/aanbod/ — listings are grouped per project, not per address.
- 2Open the property of your choice; it shows floor area, monthly rent and service costs. The exact address is only shared after screening.
- 3Read the screening conditions first at https://hod.nl/wonen/huren/screeningsvoorwaarden/ — they can differ per project.
- 4Fill in the screening form for that project. Screening costs a one-off 48.35 euro per person and takes about 10 working days.
- 5If you pass the screening, HOD contacts you about the available properties.
- 6If this property does not work out, HOD keeps your file for a short period; report interest in a next project via [email protected] and you do not pay again.
- 7Anti-squat (bruikleen) has a separate sign-up at https://oppasser.hod.nl/ — that offer is not listed publicly.
