Registration steps

1. 1Create a free account at https://hospihousing.com/nl/register - there are no registration fees.
2. 2Complete your tenant profile; hosts pick who they invite based on that profile.
3. 3Browse the offer at https://hospihousing.com/nl/room-info/<id> and send a chat request to the host.
4. 4Optional: activate Premium for a one-time 19.99 euro (2 months) for unlimited chat requests and alerts on new listings.
5. 5When you sign a rental contract you activate the membership; any Premium fee already paid is deducted from it.

• •This is lodger-style renting: you rent a room inside someone's home, so the host selects on personal fit as much as on paperwork.
• •The exact address is not in the listing, only city and province. It follows after a match.
• •Signing up, searching and chatting is free; you only pay once you actually find housing (no room = no pay).
• •Premium costs a one-time 19.99 euro for 2 months and ends automatically - it is not a recurring subscription.
