Registration steps
- 1Create a tenant profile at https://www.housingcondito.nl/for-rent/pre-approved - Housing Condito says it takes under a minute and is free.
- 2Apply either through the online form or via their WhatsApp agent on +31 6 42032770.
- 3You receive a personalised offer with one or more matching properties within 24 hours, by email and WhatsApp.
- 4For pre-approval supply: copy of ID or passport, employment contract and/or company registration, confirmation of three months' income, and your current address. They may also request references from a previous landlord.
- 5Once approved the operational manager schedules the viewings; the contract is sent in advance so you can read it at your own pace.

- •A mandatory office fee applies on top of the rent.
- •Minimum contract: 1 year.
- •Listings state that water, heating, electricity and wifi are included in the rent.
- •Current portfolio is in South Limburg: Eygelshoven, Maastricht, Doenrade and Brunssum.
