7. 7Log in and respond to an advertisement before the closing date shown on the card
8. 8For lottery listings a draw decides; for the standard model your accrued waiting time decides
9. 9The offering housing association invites you for a viewing and then requests your income and personal documents

Tips for applying

• •Registration costs EUR 25 one-off plus EUR 10 per year to renew; do not miss the renewal or you lose your accrued waiting time
• •The free free-sector registration only gives access to rents from EUR 932.93 and builds no waiting time
• •Check the allocation type per advertisement: 'Loting' (a draw decides, waiting time is irrelevant) or the standard model (your accrued waiting time decides)
• •Just registered? Focus on the lottery homes; without waiting time you stand no chance in the standard model
• •Every ad has a hard closing time ('Reageren mogelijk tot'), often 12:00 or 23:59 - apply well before it
