Registration steps

2. 2Browse available listings and filter by location, property type, price, and surface area
3. 3Click on a property you're interested in to view details
4. 4Fill out the response form on the listing page with your first name, last name, phone number, and a short introduction
5. 5Wait for the landlord to contact you for a viewing
6. 6If interested, the landlord will conduct a tenant screening (credit check, ID check, reliability check)
7. 7After approval, you will receive a rental agreement

• •This is a platform where private landlords rent out their properties themselves - there is no estate agent intermediary
• •Respond quickly - properties are forwarded directly to landlords and it's 'first come, first served'
• •Write a personal and complete introduction about yourself, your work situation and why you're interested
• •Keep your DigiD ready - during screening you'll be asked to share data via DigiD for verification
• •The landlord schedules viewings themselves - be flexible with your availability
• •An extensive screening is conducted: credit check, ID check and reliability check via BKR
