Registration steps

1. 1Go to ikwilhuren.nu and click 'Account' > 'Register'
2. 2Choose a free standard account or a paid Plus account (€36 per year)
3. 3Enter your first and last name and email address
4. 4Receive your login credentials by email
5. 5Log in and optionally complete your search profile (Plus account only)
6. 6Search for available properties and submit a viewing request
7. 7Upload the required documents with your request

Tips for applying

• •Respond quickly - a Plus account lets you respond within the first 48 hours of a new listing (standard accounts only after that) and sends email notifications
• •Make sure you have a maximum of 5 viewing requests pending at once
• •Upload all required documents directly with your request - incomplete requests won't be included in the lottery
• •Check if you meet the income requirement of 3.5 to 4 times the rent
• •Duplicate responses (even with different email addresses) don't give extra chances
• •If you're drawn, respond within 2-3 days to the viewing invitation
• •With a paid Plus account: if you rent a property, you'll get the registration fee back
• •Self-employed: you must provide a bank guarantee of 2 months and chamber of commerce extract
• •No credit registration allowed (except phone subscriptions)
