Registration steps

1. 1Create an account via the registration form on mijn.kbsvastgoedbeheer.nl
2. 2Choose a free standard account or premium account (€49.95 - only pay upon actual rental)
3. 3Fill in your personal details, study/work details and income information
4. 4View property listings on the website
5. 5Call as soon as possible after a property is posted to register for viewing (first 6 people)
6. 6Confirm by phone the day before viewing that you're coming (between 10:00-16:00)
7. 7Let them know by the next morning before 10:00 if you want to rent the property

Tips for applying

• •Respond as quickly as possible by phone - only the first 6 registrants can view
• •With a premium account, you'll receive an email notification as soon as new listings are posted
• •Confirm by phone between 10:00-16:00 the day before viewing that you're coming, or your spot expires
• •Let them know by the next morning before 10:00 if you want to rent the property
• •Ensure your account details are complete and up-to-date - the landlord makes their choice based on this
• •If insufficient income, you can have your parents guarantee
• •Premium account is no-cure-no-pay: you only pay if you actually rent
