Registration steps

2. 2Create a free account on the project site (the search tool runs on the NieuwbouwOffice platform; you need to log in to respond, browsing works without).
3. 3Respond to a unit marked 'Te huur'. New-build homes are usually let in allocation rounds; the income or target-group requirement is stated per project on the project site.
4. 4Check the completion date: it can be months after letting starts.

Tips for applying

• •'Huur in optie' or 'gereserveerd' means a candidate is already in place; 'te huur' means you can respond.
• •The address per unit is in the search tool; WoonBusters copies it as soon as the source publishes it.
• •Mid-rent homes often have an income ceiling as well as a floor; the project site states the exact requirement.
