Registration steps

1. 1Go to livresidential.nl and click 'Register' in the top right
2. 2Create a free account and confirm your registration via email
3. 3View property listings and click the green 'Request viewing' button on an interesting property
4. 4LIV randomly selects 10-15 candidates for viewing from all requests
5. 5If selected, you'll receive an invitation with date and time for the viewing
6. 6After viewing: complete your registration by going through screening and uploading documents via the portal
7. 7Upon approval, you'll receive an option that must be accepted within 48 hours
8. 8Sign the rental contract digitally and schedule key handover

Tips for applying

• •Your gross monthly income must be at least 3x monthly rent (for couples: 4x combined)
• •Selection for viewings is random - respond to multiple properties to increase your chances
• •Ensure your documents are complete and correct before uploading via the portal
• •Studios are exclusively suitable for single-person occupancy
• •Self-employed pay 2 months deposit by default and must provide chamber of commerce registration, accountant reports and IB60/IBRI
• •Option must be accepted within 48 hours, otherwise the property will be assigned to another candidate
