- 2Check the price range and badge per studio type: 'SOLD OUT' means gone, 'Only N available' means N studios are left.
- 3Click SIGN UP on an available type and fill in the form. There is no waiting list or registration-duration system.
- 4Everything sold out? Leave your email under 'Be the first to get notified' on the site to hear about new studios first.

Tips for applying

- •Locations: Kloosterraderstraat 25, 6461 CA Kerkrade and Rector Driessenweg 8, 6411 GZ Heerlen.
- •Prices are published as a range per studio type, not per unit. Kerkrade runs from EUR 442 to EUR 567 base rent, Heerlen from EUR 560 to EUR 765.
- •Service charges come on top: EUR 224 per month in Kerkrade, EUR 141 per month in Heerlen.
- •Minimum stay is 12 months.
- •Live & Be states the studios are eligible for Dutch rent subsidy (huurtoeslag).
- •A mattress is not included in the furniture package; bed, desk and cabinet are.
- •In Heerlen you pay your own studio's utilities via your own meter; in Kerkrade utilities are part of the services.
- •Kerkrade has 78 studios of 16 to 28 m2, Heerlen 141 studios of 26 to 44 m2.
