Registration steps

1. 1Go to maaslandrelocation.nl/nl/register and sign up online (€50 one-time, valid for 1 year)
2. 2Choose your package: Basic (free), Plus (€37.50) or Premium (€60) - payment only after rental contract
3. 3Upload your documents: ID, proof of enrollment (students) or payslip
4. 4Search properties on the website and request viewings via your account
5. 5Receive digital viewing video by email or attend physical viewing
6. 6Indicate your interest before 10:00 the next working day
7. 7The landlord selects the new tenant from the candidates
8. 8If selected: sign the rental contract and pay the deposit
9. 9Pick up your keys at the office (Wilhelminasingel 57, Maastricht)
