Registration steps

2. 2Go to https://mijnwoonservice.mijndak.nl/Inschrijven and pick your registration type
3. 3Choose 'Inschrijving voor Mijn Woonservice' (EUR 15.00 one-off plus EUR 12.50 per year) if you also want to apply for social housing and build up waiting time
4. 4Choose 'Vrije sector inschrijving' (free, no renewal fee) if you only want mid-market and free-sector homes from EUR 932.93; this builds no waiting time
5. 5Log in and apply before the closing time shown on the listing
6. 6For lottery listings a draw decides; for free sector the landlord picks from the responses

Tips for applying

• •WoonBusters shows only DAK's lottery and free-sector supply, without photos; homes allocated by registration time (aanbodmodel) or situation points are left out, because someone registering today stands no chance there.
• •Source for the registration fee: 'Eenmalig €15 inschrijfkosten en jaarlijks €12,50 verlengingskosten' en 'Vrije sector inschrijving ... Gratis, er zijn ook geen kosten om te verlengen' (mijnwoonservice.mijndak.nl/Inschrijven, 16-09-2026).
• •Just registered? Focus on lottery and free sector; applying costs nothing extra.
• •The DAK app sends its own notification for new supply; WoonBusters adds the overview across sources.
• •Warning from the site itself: phishing e-mails about WoningNet renewal fees are circulating. DAK never sends payment links by e-mail.
