Registration steps

1. 1Create a free account at https://myhospi.nl/register or in the myHospi app; the rooms themselves are visible without an account.
2. 2Open the room and click 'Inloggen om te reageren' (log in to respond). Responding is only possible while logged in or via the app.
3. 3Read the description: the house announces its 'hospi' evening there and how it wants a short introduction.
4. 4Attend the hospi evening. The housemates then pick who gets the room; there is no waiting-list seniority or lottery.

Tips for applying

• •This is lodger-style renting in student houses: the housemates pick on personal fit during the hospi evening, not on paperwork.
• •Many houses are tied to a student association (Albertus Magnus in Groningen, Ceres in Wageningen) and ask for membership or the intention to join; it says so in the description.
