Registration steps

1. 1Nieuwbouw.nl is not a landlord: it is the showcase of Stichting Nieuwbouw.nl (NEPROM, Woningbouwers NL) where developers and investors list their projects themselves. The party behind the project is at the top of every listing's description ('Project van ...').
2. 2Open the project page on nieuwbouw.nl (the link on the listing) and click through to the project site, which hosts the landlord's own search tool.
3. 3On the project site you create an account and respond to a unit number. New-build projects usually let in allocation rounds with an income or target-group requirement; it is stated per project on the project site.
4. 4The source publishes the address per unit only once it is known; until then WoonBusters shows the project location (neighbourhood and city).

Tips for applying

• •First check who the landlord is ('Project van ...' in the description) and go to the project site named there; that is where you register, not on nieuwbouw.nl.
• •New-build homes are often allocated in rounds: a unit marked 'in optie' already has a candidate; 'beschikbaar' means you can respond.
• •Completion can be months after letting starts; check the delivery date on the project site before giving notice on your current home.
• •Mid-rent homes in these projects usually have an income ceiling as well as a floor; the project site states the exact requirement.
