Registration steps

1. 1Go to nmgwonen.nl and click 'Register' in the menu
2. 2Fill in the free registration form with your personal details and housing preferences
3. 3After registration, you'll automatically receive emails about properties matching your preferences
4. 4See a suitable property? Click 'RESPOND' to express your interest
5. 5With multiple candidates, a lottery is held and the best matching candidate receives a viewing invitation
6. 6After viewing, upload the required documents to your personal client file
7. 7NMG performs an assessment and credit check on your documents
8. 8Upon approval, you receive the rental agreement digitally for signature

Tips for applying

• •Gross monthly income must be 3.5 to 4 times bare rent (varies per owner)
• •Partner's income can often be counted for half
• •You must have at least a yearly contract - temp contracts phase A, zero-hours and flex contracts are not accepted
• •Third-party guarantees are not allowed
• •Self-employed must submit last 2 annual figures and often pay 2 months extra deposit
• •Persons under administration unfortunately cannot rent
• •House sharing is generally not allowed
• •A credit check is performed - poor payment history can be grounds for rejection
• •Keep your client file up-to-date - if your situation improves you can be reconsidered
