Registration steps

1. 1Pick your location: OurDomain Amsterdam Diemen or OurDomain Amsterdam South East. Each has its own booking portal via https://www.thisisourdomain.nl/book-now.
2. 2Check that location's criteria page first; every apartment carries an income requirement.
3. 3In the portal, set your move-in date, bedroom count and amenities, then review the available floor plans.
4. 4Nothing available? Click 'Get Notified' on the floor plan you want to be alerted when a unit opens up.
5. 5For an available unit you complete the online application: contact details, personal details and uploading the required documents.
6. 6At OurDomain Amsterdam South East you pay a 100 euro application fee online to complete the application.

Tips for applying

• •Phone OurDomain Amsterdam Diemen: 020 561 8178. Diemen address: Dalsteindreef, 1112 XJ Diemen. South East address: Markelerbergpad 5, 1105 AW Amsterdam.
• •Availability updates in real time and units can appear at any moment - the fixed Wednesday-afternoon release at South East no longer applies.
• •On 12 August 2026 neither location had a unit available; every floor plan showed 'Get Notified'. Switch that alert on rather than refreshing.
• •Diemen now only offers Young Professional contracts: minimum 1 year, maximum 5 years. Short stay has been discontinued.
• •At Diemen, students only qualify for the 'Superior Studio 1-person max.' type, and only with a guarantor.
• •A guarantor counts for only 50% of the required minimum income at South East - check the guarantor criteria on the FAQ page.
• •Budget 100 euro in application fees at South East, paid online during the application.
• •Floor plan prices are ranges per apartment type, not the price of a specific unit.
