- 2Fill in your details including desired rental price and start date
- 3Add a profile/introduction and proof of income to your application
- 4PCW Housing will contact you for a viewing if you qualify
- 5Upon agreement, the rental contract is prepared and signed

- ✓Valid ID or passport
- ✓Income statement or pay slips
Indicative: most landlords ask for documents at or after the viewing, not with your first response.
