Registration steps

1. 1Create a free search profile at https://www.perfectrent.nl/nl/account/registreren to be the first to receive new properties
2. 2Browse the property listings on the website and filter by your preferences (price, bedrooms, neighborhood, furnishing)
3. 3Send an email to [email protected] or respond to the listing to schedule a viewing
4. 4After the viewing, discuss rental terms and sign a letter of intent
5. 5Complete the tenant screening process by sharing financial data via Gegevensdelen.nl
6. 6Upon approval, receive a digital rental agreement (based on ROZ models) for signing
7. 7At handover, an inspection report with photos is created and you receive the keys

Tips for applying

• •Income requirement for employees: gross income of 3.5 times the rent. Savings can be added at 1% to gross monthly income
• •Employees need a remaining employment contract of at least 10 months or a declaration of intent for extension
• •Students can qualify with a guarantor or an increased deposit of maximum 2 months rent
• •Self-employed need income confirmation from external accountant for past and current fiscal year
