2. 2Optional: register for free at https://solideverhuur.nl/inschrijven/ and tick 'Ik wil graag het nieuwste woningaanbod per e-mail ontvangen' to get new listings by e-mail
3. 3Found a home? Click 'Aanmelden voor bezichtiging' on the listing; this opens the application form
4. 4Fill in your details: name, age, contact details, whether you work or study and your income
5. 5Book your viewing straight away; viewings take place at fixed times stated in the advertisement
6. 6At the viewing the letting agent shows you around and answers your questions
7. 7Want the home? E-mail [email protected] after the viewing to say so
8. 8If you are chosen, submit your documents: your last three payslips if employed, or proof of enrolment plus a parental guarantee deed if you are a student
9. 9Sign the lease digitally through the link you receive by e-mail
10. 10At key handover you walk through the home with the letting agent and meter readings are taken

Tips for applying

• •Calling or e-mailing for information or a viewing will not work: the contact page states explicitly that this is not possible. Always apply through the 'Aanmelden voor bezichtiging' button on the listing
