- 2Filter by location, price and property type to find a suitable property
- 3Click on a property for more details and review the requirements (income requirements, conditions)
- 4Contact them via phone (026 445 25 00), email ([email protected]) or the contact form on the property page
- 5Schedule a viewing with the rental team
- 6After the viewing, candidates are screened on income, type of income, rental history and household composition
- 7Upon approval, a rental contract is drafted and you receive the keys
