- 2Sign up for listings by email at https://huuraanbod.stedelink.nl/aanbod-in-je-mail - there is no registration fee
- 3Respond to a property with the response button on its page while it is still open
- 4Complete your pre-registration: without a completed pre-registration you are not considered for a viewing
- 5Stedelink closes responses once enough contact requests have come in and then invites a selection for viewings

- •No deposit at Stedelink, but administration costs of EUR 30 apply
- •Notice period is 1 month
- •No registration fee: you can respond without a paid subscription, but your pre-registration must be complete
- •Mid-market rent with income limits: the August 2026 listing required at least EUR 49,000 gross per year, capped at EUR 70,149 (single) and EUR 93,531 (multi-person household)
- •Respond fast: once enough contact requests arrive Stedelink closes the listing and shows a notice that responding is no longer possible
