- 2Click the blue button at the property and fill in the application form with your details
- 3Wait for contact from a rental agent who will invite you for a viewing
- 4View the property (approx. 15-20 minutes) - viewings are free and non-binding
- 5Submit required documents: last 2 payslips, employer statement, ID/passport
- 6After approval, you receive an intent declaration followed by the rental contract
- 7Pay the first month's rent + deposit (1-2 months) before moving in date
- 8Schedule key handover and initial inspection - then the property is yours!
