- 1Check the offer at https://www.totalus.nl/aanbod-woningen - there are two categories: Huur (rent) and Anti-kraak (guardianship)
- 2Items labelled 'Niet beschikbaar' are already taken; only cards without that label are still free
- 3Respond by email to [email protected] and introduce yourself - the object pages explicitly ask for a short introduction by mail
- 4Or use the contact form at https://www.totalus.nl/contact with subject 'Aanbod woonruimte/werkruimte'
- 5Totalus will then contact you; for anti-kraak you sign a loan-for-use agreement, not a rental contract
