Registration steps

1. 1Go to verhomevastgoed.nl/account?register and create an account with username and email address
2. 2Pay the annual registration fee of €30 via iDEAL or credit card
3. 3Complete your profile fully and add a profile photo
4. 4Browse available properties at verhomevastgoed.nl/aanbod and filter by price, type, and surface area
5. 5Request a viewing through your account - Verhome will assess if you qualify for the property
6. 6Receive an invitation with date, time, and address if you are suitable for the property
7. 7After viewing: indicate in your account that you want to rent the property and write a motivation about yourself

Tips for applying

• •Registration costs €30 per year - your account expires automatically after one year
• •Upon signing the rental agreement, you pay a one-time fee of €150 for the mandatory KKVV application
• •A guarantor is required for most properties - make sure you have this arranged
• •Respond quickly to new listings - popular rooms are rented fast
• •Complete your profile fully including a profile photo for a better chance
• •Write a personal motivation: who you are, what you do, and why you want to rent the property
• •For short stay/expats: contact [email protected] - fee is 1 month rent (no cure no pay)
