Registration steps

- 2Discuss your requirements with an advisor and choose a Home Renters Plan: Premium (€1495) or Premium Plus (€1995)
- 3Provide required documents: ID/passport, residence permit, proof of income (salary slips or employment contract), recent bank statements
- 4Your advisor actively searches for properties and schedules viewings on your behalf
- 5After finding a property, Welocate assists with negotiations, contract review, and check-in
- 6Service fee is payable after successful signing of the rental contract
