2. 2Go to https://amsterdam.mijndak.nl/Inschrijven, verify your e-mail address and fill in your details
3. 3Pay the registration fee: EUR 50 one-off (iDEAL or direct debit), then EUR 9 renewal per year
4. 4Social housing has an income ceiling: EUR 51,537 single, EUR 56,910 joint (site, 2026)
5. 5Log in and apply before the closing time shown on the listing ('Reageer tot')
6. 6For lottery listings a draw decides; for free sector the association picks from the responses; for the standard model your accrued registration time decides

Tips for applying

• •WoonBusters shows only DAK's lottery and free-sector supply, without photos; homes allocated by registration time (aanbodmodel) or situation points are left out, because someone registering today stands no chance there.
