Registration steps
- 1Find a property via https://woonhave.com/zoeken/ or on the map at https://woonhave.com/zoeken/kaart/
- 2Fill in the Huurcalculator on the listing page; it shows what rent you qualify for and sends your details straight to the agent
- 3If you qualify, the agent invites you to an open viewing day or a one-on-one viewing
- 4After a positive viewing the agent creates a Huurdossier account where you upload your ID, annual income statement and other documents
- 5Once your file is approved and the property is assigned to you, you sign the lease digitally and pay the first month's rent plus the deposit in advance
- 6Finally the keys are handed over and you get access to Mijn Woonhave
Required Documents
- ✓Valid ID or passport
- ✓Income statement or pay slips
Indicative: most landlords ask for documents at or after the viewing, not with your first response.
