- 2Open the property you want and click 'Reageer direct'.
- 3You land in the candidate portal (kandidaatomgeving.woonin.notapp.nl) where you submit your details and income information.
- 4Mind the response deadline: it is stated in the listing description, for example 'reageren is mogelijk tot 28 juli 09.00u'.

- •Mid-rent homes have an income band with both a lower AND an upper limit. One 1,100 euro listing stated: gross annual income at least 46,200 and at most 70,149 (single) or 93,531 (multi-person household).
- •Responses close at a fixed date and time stated in the listing text - it is not first come first served, but on time.
- •HuurVoorrang: if you currently rent a social housing unit from Woonin you get temporary priority on a mid-rent home. Listings with priority show a countdown.
- •Some listings explicitly exclude students or a guarantor; this is stated in the description.
- •Woonin has offices in Utrecht, Utrecht Overvecht, Nieuwegein, Houten and Wijk bij Duurstede.
