Registration steps
- 1Browse the free-sector offer at https://www.woonstadrotterdam.nl/aanbod/vrije-sector-huurwoning.
- 2Check the status next to the price: 'Beschikbaar' and 'Inschrijving open' can still be applied to, 'Reacties gesloten' cannot.
- 3Check the income requirement on the property page. Woonstad states a hard minimum per property, separately for single and multi-person households.
- 4Applying runs through a rental passport: from the property page you are forwarded to the application environment at aanmelden.notapp.nl.
- 5Questions about the free-sector offer go to [email protected].
- 6Social housing from Woonstad is allocated through a different channel; that offer is at /aanbod/sociale-huurwoning.
