1.037 AGENCIES, ONE SEARCH

A renter never sees the whole market: listings are scattered across hundreds of agency sites, and the big platforms only show who pays. So one person built a server fleet that reads all those sources itself, every few minutes, day and night. Searching is free, and agencies do not pay for placement.

THE STORY
From Xiamei

WoonBusters is not an agency and not a platform with a sales team. It is one builder with a server fleet that reads the Dutch rental market day and night.

It started when I was looking for a rental myself: searching twenty sites, an account everywhere, and whoever pays gets to respond first. That felt backwards. The listings are public, only the overview was missing. So I built a program that tracks one site automatically. More and more followed. By now there are 1.037.

The rest followed naturally: a rent check that recalculates the points system, alerts that email within minutes, and a market report that shows what renting in the Netherlands really costs. Everything runs on the same measurements.

The position is neutral. We measure, we do not accuse. Whatever sits above the legal maximum we report as a measurement, with method and uncertainty attached. And all research is free to quote with attribution.

THE RESEARCH BEHIND THE SITE

Every quarter we bundle the measurements into a public report: what renting costs per city and property type, how fast homes disappear and what share of asking prices sits above the legal WWS maximum. The report is free and the method is included. The same dataset feeds the rent check and the municipality pages.
