Registration steps

2. 2Click on a property that interests you and review the details and rental conditions
3. 3Apply for the property via the website by filling out the form
4. 4After selection you will be invited for a viewing - they work on best match, not first come first served
5. 5Send the requested financial documents before the viewing (see https://woonzeker.com/huurvoorwaarden)
6. 6After the viewing, you can express interest through the main registration
7. 7Upon approval, the rental agreement will be signed digitally
8. 8Check-in and key handover after signing the check-in report

Tips for applying

• •No brokerage fees for tenants - the service is free
• •They do not work with a waiting list - you can apply per property
• •They do not work on first-come-first-served, but on best match with the property profile
• •Create a search profile to receive emails with the latest property listings
• •Security deposit is usually equal to one month's rent
