Registration steps

1. 1Go to hurenbijwooove.nl and browse the available rental properties
2. 2Click on a property you're interested in for more details
3. 3Check if you meet the income requirements (approximately 4x monthly rent for singles, 3.5x for couples)
4. 4Click the 'mail button' on the property listing to request more information
5. 5Create an account and upload your documents digitally (ID, payslips, employer statement)
6. 6Wait for Wooove to review your application file
7. 7If approved, you'll be invited for a viewing and contract signing

Tips for applying

• •There are no registration fees and no brokerage fees/courtage at Wooove
• •Income requirement: singles approximately 4x monthly rent gross, couples approximately 3.5x monthly rent gross
• •Make sure your application file is 100% complete - incomplete files will not be processed
• •Upload all documents digitally as clearly readable PDF files
• •Use the KopieID app from the Dutch government to safely redact your ID (cross out BSN number)
• •For permanent employment: employer statement + 3 recent payslips + 3 bank statements showing salary deposits
• •Self-employed (ZZP): provide income statement from Tax Authority or IB declaration + Chamber of Commerce extract + annual accounts
• •Respond quickly to new listings - allocation is based on availability and completeness of your file
