Service Description

WoonBusters is a free search engine for rental properties in the Netherlands. We collect publicly available rental listings from 1,000+ sources and aggregate them on one platform.

  • Free search and filtering of rental properties
  • Direct links to original sources (landlords, real estate agents, housing corporations)
  • Optional paid email alerts for new properties (€3.99-5.99/month)

Subscriptions & Pricing

WoonBusters offers optional email alerts for users who want to be immediately notified of new properties.

Budget subscription: €3,99/month (for rentals up to €750/month)

Standard subscription: €5,99/month (for all price ranges)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

  • Your subscription runs monthly and renews automatically via SEPA direct debit
  • You can cancel at any time through your personal dashboard
  • After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • Example: if you start on December 3, you can cancel before January 3 to avoid being charged for the next month

Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure payment provider. We do not store credit card information.

After your first payment, your subscription renews automatically monthly via SEPA direct debit, unless you cancel.

  • WoonBusters does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of listings
  • Properties may already be rented by the time you view them
  • Price indications ('Top Deal', 'Fair price', 'Expensive') are automatic estimates and not guarantees

Intellectual Property

The WoonBusters website, logo, and source code are property of Minari Studio. All property data and images are owned by the respective sources and are displayed for informational purposes only.

Liability

Minari Studio is not liable for damages arising from the use of WoonBusters, including but not limited to missed properties, incorrect information, or technical failures. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Gelderland, the Netherlands.
