Service Description

WoonBusters is a free search engine for rental properties in the Netherlands. We collect publicly available rental listings from 1,000+ sources and aggregate them on one platform.

  • Free search and filtering of rental properties
  • Direct links to original sources (landlords, real estate agents, housing corporations)
  • Optional paid email alerts for new properties (€3.99-5.99 every 2 weeks)

Subscriptions & Pricing

WoonBusters offers optional email alerts for users who want to be immediately notified of new properties.

Budget subscription: €3,99 every 2 weeks (for rentals up to €750/month)

Standard subscription: €5,99 every 2 weeks (for all price ranges)

Standard every 3 months: €25.00.

The first 7 days are free. Cancel within those 7 days and you pay nothing.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

  • Your subscription runs in 2-week periods and renews automatically via SEPA direct debit. Subscriptions started before 13 September 2026, and subscriptions with an association or campaign code started before 16 September 2026, run monthly
  • You can cancel at any time through your personal dashboard
  • After cancellation you are not charged again; the period you already paid for simply runs out
  • Example: start on 3 December and the trial is free until 10 December, with the first paid period running to 24 December. Cancel before that date and no new charge follows
  • The unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email stops the notifications right away, even if your paid month is still running. Want to stop only the automatic renewal and keep your notifications until the end of your paid period? Use "Stop renewal" in your dashboard

Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure payment provider. We do not store credit card information.

After the trial period your subscription renews automatically at the end of every period via SEPA direct debit, unless you cancel.

WoonBusters is not a landlord, real estate agent, or intermediary. We only collect publicly available information.

  • WoonBusters does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of listings
  • Properties may already be rented by the time you view them
  • Rental prices and property details are sourced from agency websites and may differ

Intellectual Property

The WoonBusters website, logo, and source code are property of Minari Studio. All property data and images are owned by the respective sources and are displayed for informational purposes only.

Liability

Minari Studio is not liable for damages arising from the use of WoonBusters, including but not limited to missed properties, incorrect information, or technical failures. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Gelderland, the Netherlands.
