Free users (searching)

• No personal data - you can search completely anonymously
• Anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics (IP addresses are anonymized)

Subscribers (alerts)

• Email address - to send alerts
• Search settings - to match relevant properties
• Payment information - processed by Stripe (we do not store credit card data)

Why do we use your data?

• Email address: to send you alerts about new properties matching your criteria
• Search settings: to filter the right properties for you
• Payment information: to process your subscription
• Anonymous statistics: to improve our service

Legal Basis

• Contract performance - for delivering alerts to subscribers
• Legitimate interest - for anonymous analytics and fraud prevention
• Consent - for optional marketing communications (if applicable)

Sharing with Third Parties

We only share your data with parties necessary for our service:

• Stripe – payment processing (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified)
• Vercel – website hosting
• Google Analytics – anonymous usage statistics

WoonBusters uses minimal cookies:

You can disable Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We retain your data as long as you have an active subscription. After cancellation, your data is deleted within 30 days, unless legal retention periods require otherwise (e.g., 7 years for financial records).
